Cardio respiratory
Cardiorespiratory fitness refers to the
ability of the circulatory and respiratory
systems to supply oxygen to skeletal
muscles during sustained physical activity.
Cardiorespiratory fitness is a strong
morbidity and mortality predictor,
and therefore is a potential link between
running and mortality.Also there are activities
that helps to improve cardio respiratory
endurance.

Muscular strength
Muscular strength is also one of the
component of physical fitness.
It refers to the amount of
force a muscle can produce with a single
maximal effort.

ENDURANCE
This is the ability of an organism to

Body composition is used to describe the
percentages of water,muscle, fat and bone
in human bodies. This is because muscular tissue
