Bananas are rich in potassium. One medium-sized

Potassium is important because it helps maintain
fluid levels in the body and also it regulates

This mineral called potassium can reduce the
risk of kidney stones. Healthy kidneys make
sure that the right amount of potassium is kept
in the body system.
I can also tell you that potassium helps the

and also it keeps the heart beating regularly

E.g heart burn, constipation and stomach ulcers.

conditions. Advice for every individual is to
